And I’m thinking, why does Paul say we need power to understand God’s love? I suppose it’s because when we face hard realities in our lives, such as a broken marriage, or a health crisis, we may doubt the love and faithfulness of God.
That is when we need power from God’s Spirit to hold on to the truth of the deep love of Christ.
