Τι Είναι Ειρήνη;

Τόσοι πολλοί άνθρωποι προσπαθούν για ένα πράγμα περισσότερο από οποιοδήποτε άλλο – την ειρήνη. Ο λόγος που το αναζητούν είναι επειδή δεν υπάρχει διαρκής άνεση ή ελευθερία στη ζωή τους. Είναι σαν να είναι πάντα άστατοι. Η Βίβλος ορίζει την ειρήνη κυρίως με τρεις τρόπους.

  1. Ψυχολογική γαλήνη , άνεση μέσα.
  2. Σχεσιακή ειρήνη , αρμονία μεταξύ της ανθρωπότητας.
  3. Πνευματική ειρήνη , που είναι μεταξύ Θεού και ανθρώπου.

Η Αγία Γραφή περιγράφει  πώς η αμαρτία βλάπτει  ή εξαφανίζει και τα τρία είδη ειρήνης. Όταν  ο Θεός δημιούργησε τον άνθρωπο , ήταν σε ειρήνη με τον Θεό, τον εαυτό του και όλους τους άλλους. Ωστόσο, αυτή η ειρήνη χάθηκε όταν στράφηκε εναντίον του Θεού. Η ειρήνη μπορεί να αποκατασταθεί, αλλά δεν μπορούμε να το κάνουμε μόνοι μας. Ο Θεός έδωσε έναν τρόπο.

Ο Ιησούς Χριστός, ο μονογενής Υιός του Θεού, στάλθηκε στον κόσμο μας για να πάρει τις αμαρτίες μας. Το έκανε επιτρέποντας στον εαυτό Του να σταυρωθεί, και αυτή η θυσία ήταν που μας έκανε δυνατό να έχουμε ξανά ειρήνη – ειρήνη μέσα μας, ειρήνη μεταξύ μας και ειρήνη με τον Θεό.

Αφού ο Ιησούς πέθανε στο σταυρό, επέστρεψε στη ζωή. Αυτό έδειξε ότι  ο Ιησούς είναι Θεός , αλλά επίσης κατέστησε σαφές ότι επιθυμεί για όλους να έχουν τέλεια ειρήνη. «Διότι Αυτός είναι η ειρήνη μας… και ήρθε και κήρυξε ειρήνη σε εσάς που ήσασταν μακριά και ειρήνη σε όσους ήσασταν κοντά» (Εφεσίους 2:14-17).

Ο Ιησούς εξουσιοδοτεί τον καθένα μας να νικήσει κάθε είδους αμαρτία. Ανεξάρτητα από το πόσο δύσκολη είναι η κατάστασή σας, ο Χριστός μπορεί να την ξεπεράσει. Αλλά πρέπει πρώτα να αναγνωρίσετε την αμαρτία σας και να αφοσιωθείτε στον Ιησού, τότε μπορείτε να έχετε τέλεια ειρήνη και να μάθετε το νόημά της.

Ο Ιησούς είπε: «Σας τα είπα όλα αυτά για να έχετε ειρήνη μέσα μου» (Ιωάννης 16:33). Για να έχεις ειρήνη, πρέπει να ξέρεις Αυτόν που μπορεί να την δώσει.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” Revelation 22:12-13 Note: Today people don’t even have time to go to heaven. Believe in Jesus Christ and you will receive forgiveness of sins, salvation and eternal life.
