Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion!
A Dwelling in the Mind
Psalm 139:17
Let not your thoughts be against the thoughts of God, but keep the thoughts of God apart from you. Only as the thoughts of God dwell in a person’s mind and emotions, is a person able to glimpse the fullness of his availability, his redemptive ability to accept that truth and replace his own thoughts. We become recipients of God’s thoughts in every area of our lives. We agree with God’s plan. In the furnace of fire we agree with God. We no longer experience and practice our own thoughts about how things in that plan should work. We believe that the Creator can shut the mouths of the lions, so that we can sleep while the satru puts us in the cage. We agree with God in thinking.
If we do this personally in reality, if we continue to take it into consideration and the Word of God, we will be magnified in our power and will be wonderfully answered in our worship. We embrace all that goes beyond knowledge and never rely on our own understanding. As a child through humility and availability, you will accept what God says to your thoughts and let those thoughts come from His nature into your soul through the indestructible seed of redemption. Then you will have that love that surpasses knowledge, a peace that surpasses understanding and a joy that cannot be explained.
You go into the unutterable language of the soul, the wondrous language of the deep seeking the deep. You are able to walk by the Spirit in the mind of Christ as a living being who can experience the thoughts of God wonderfully.
