Summary by Self-Interpretation
Galatians 5:24
- A man has no cooperative honor when he either takes the body or leaves it. It reveals that he has never experienced cooperative crucifixion, therefore never becomes a partaker of the cooperative bread or experiences cooperative faith or love. He takes the body only when it praises him. There is a great danger in the sly independence of such an idealistic evaluation of the human cooperative body, which lacks the precise definition of a specific cross that baptizes a person and hides him in the body of Christ. This is clearly defined in the truth that we are all baptized by one Spirit, given to drink by one Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13). Yet, this person or persons did not drink of the same Spirit that others had to drink from Him on the road to Calvary. By human praise, they are distracted by their own human capacity, to express their interpretation of the facts, to experience their own idea of the situation, and they live in cooperative idealism, instead of living in cooperative experience.
Idealistic Christians are never hidden. They never lay down their lives and never enter into the destruction of Adam (Romans 4:6). They still play the game of moral Christianity, neatness, outward healthiness. But they are abbreviated by the experience of their own writings through the interpretation of their own soul. Although they are morally equipped to deal with situations based on their honesty and please the eyes of men, it does not please God.
