Establish an imprint Song
of Songs 8:6-7
- Jesus Christ wants spiritual people, people who do not cling to worldly concepts of love, but who have left the wilderness of human love and entered into love that is exalted by the exalted life of exalted power. He wants people who do not allow earthly relationships to interfere with heavenly relationships, people who allow vertical relationships with God to take the place of their humanity. Instead of being overwhelmed by worldly contact and the signs that they love and please people, God’s people enter into the true substance of spiritual love, which has nothing to do with worldly ways or thoughts.
One can seek love, and that is all right, but one needs physical love to enter into a wilderness relationship with human love. He is establishing a substitute for what grows in vertical love. Human love makes a person feel personally loved. He thinks it will do more for him than reading the Pledge or being in church or being alone with God. There is nothing wrong with wanting pure love in the right place, but that should not be your intention.
Be completely perfect in abandoning the wilderness. The reason why Christ left the bride and went away for 2,000 years is because He wants a faith, which works through love even though He is not physically present, but apart from His body (the church), which is always His fullness. Don’t let your needs be felt in your feelings, but let the imprint of love be in your heart. Heavenly love goes beyond physical circumstances and takes you to God.
