Three Christmas gifts (Three Christmas gifts) The whole world is immersed in the ocean of joy when it is called Christmas. Christmas is a festival celebrated all over the world. Jesus Christ is Lord of all. God is not just for Christians. As He is the Lord of the universe, the festival is celebrated in all the countries of the world. The birth of Christ is written in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke in the Bible. We all know. When Christ was born, the three wise men, led by a star that appeared in the east, were overjoyed and came to the place where the child Jesus was, visited him, worshiped him, opened their boxes, and presented him with gifts of gold, sambrani and bolam. Just as the three wise men brought three gifts, Lord Jesus Christ gave us three gifts by taking birth as a man in this world. Let us meditate on them.
1. Release from fear-
Everyone in the world is afraid of something. Human beings have many different fears. The fear of death consumes the life of some. We can get rid of some fears but some fears for example fear of death haunts everyone. Fears about the future haunt many. Another name for fear is worry. Everyone worries about something. I worry about what will happen tomorrow, with all my fears. (A). Matthew 1:20 The angel said to Jesus, “Fear not, Mary.” (B). In Luke 2:10 the angel tells the shepherds who are tending the flock not to be afraid. Why should we not be afraid? Who is really afraid? Why are you afraid? What are you afraid of? Psalm 14:14 Bible says that sinners will be greatly afraid. When Adam and Eve disobeyed the word of God and obeyed the word of the serpent and ate the forbidden fruit, when Jehovah God called Adam: Genesis 2: 10 “So when I heard your voice in the garden. I hid myself because I was scared.”
The angel of the Lord told them to name Jesus Christ who will save his people from their sins. The word Jesus means the savior of sinners Matthew 1:21 Not only that, we have been blessed with a baby to be with all those who are troubled by many fears, to remove fear and give courage. His name is Immanuel which means God is with us. Matthew 1:22. Lord Jesus Christ came to this world to be with you forever. Hebrews 13:5, Matthew 28:20 Some fear and worry about the future of their children. Some worry about family support. Matthew 6:31-33 ” ” Do not be afraid for my God knows that you want these things. “Fear not, for every hair of your head is numbered.” Matthew 10:30 And some fear death. Fears of what happens after death. In John 11:25-26, the Lord Jesus Christ spoke with Martha and Mary on the fourth day when Lazarus died. “For I am Jesus, the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me Dead or alive. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die.” If you confess the Lord Jesus Christ with your mouth and get baptized, God will grant you eternal life. So don’t be afraid. In Psalm 27:1, David says, “Yahweh is my light and salvation. Who am I afraid of? Yahweh is my soul, whom shall I hate?
2. Rakshanananda-
Luke 2:10-11 To save mankind from sinLuke 2:10-11 Jesus Christ is the Lordwas born Sin defiles every life. Sin is seen as a scar, a blemish in our lives. But the messenger says that it is good news of great joy. The birth of Jesus Christ is the redemption of man. John 1:10-13 “He was in the world, he came from the world, but he did not know the world. He came to Swakiyus. His own people did not accept him. He has given the power to become the children of God to all who have accepted him, that is, to those who believe in his name. They are born of God, not of blood, or of flesh, or of man. You don’t have to wait for a Christmas present. If you accept the Lord in your heart and confess your sins and come to the Lord with repentance, He will forgive, save and give eternal life.
3. Eternal Answer –
Luke 2:14 Glory to God in the highest places and peace on earth to His beloved men. Another gift that the Lord Jesus Christ humanizes is eternal salvation. The messenger is saying that Christmas day is not a good day for the whole world but only for those who love God. Jesus Christ was born into the world to reconcile mankind with God in a state where man does not have peace with God because of sin. Romans 15:1 “Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. You must invite the Lord Jesus Christ, the peacemaker with God, into your life. Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will be in your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ.” God’s answer is eternal answer. No one can steal it. Cannot be removed. Are the troubles in your life stealing your peace.. In John 16:33 what the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of Peace says, “I speak these words to you so that you may have peace in me.
