1. Sin is the cause of disease:

A balanced diet should be taken to stay healthy. Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins etc. should be in balance. Anything more or less is not good for health. Sleep and rest are also very important today. Many people do other jobs besides their job at night. It makes the body sick. God created nights for sleep and rest to work during the day.
