There are a few other internet ministries that perform a very similar service to what God has called us to. However, what I believe sets us apart is the combination of our two primary purposes: (1) to provide a practical, biblically-based, honest answer to the questions we receive, and (2) to provide these answers in a timely manner. Thanks to the wonderful volunteer staff God has provided us with, over 75% of our answers are returned in less than 24 hours. Over 95% of our answers are returned in less than 3 days.

We continue to praise the Lord for the many expressions of gratitude that are emailed back to us. Our ratio of compliments to complaints is well over 100:1. That is itself amazing considering the controversial nature of many of the questions we receive. We believe this fact to be the direct result of our writers’ prayerful dependence on God for how to answer the questions.
