The time approaches for the great taking-up of the church and the soon-to-follow battle of Armageddon, which will end this world as we know it. At the end of this feature, we will list the expansive Twenty-One Signs of Doomsday Seriesfor your review.
The time and the hour, only God knows, but we have been given numerous signs to watch for. I Thessalonians 4:15-18describes the great taking-up of the church:
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Those who will be caught up to meet Jesus Christ in the clouds, those who will be counted worthy to escape the terrible things that will strike this earth, are the born-again—those who have literally been born a second time, this time of the Spirit of God. In John 3:3, you read.

Psalms 24:1-10 (KJV) The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
