Rest in the places of sin

Isaiah 51:3

Have you ever been disturbed by the sins you have committed in the past? Have you read the Bible but find it doesn’t make sense to you? Have you sought advice and found it to be unpopular? Have you cried out for help, and still feel that God has not come to your problems? Indeed, you had different understandings where these things happened. It happens to all believers. These were times that were wasted, desert places.
Within each of us is an eternal atheist, along with the beautiful and precious Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is our God. This atheist, our unbelieving Adamic nature, makes us distrustful, and distrustful of God’s character. It guilts us by what we have done, and reminds us of those sins.
Which in the mind of Christ has been forgotten long ago. It denigrates the Lord’s character, and attempts to impersonalize His ministry. It tells us that our sins are deeper than the waters of God’s mercy.
God knows everything about it. Many of us have accepted the introduction of Christ into us with Calvary, and we praise God for salvation. But many have not received the acquaintance with Christ that is for them today, which is that they are a completely new creation, perfect in their position and seen by God the Father as it is in His Son. The Lord wants us to experience what it means to have the life of Christ in us through grace, even in a moment. Every time we fail, the Lord says that He will also give rest to all our wrong places.
