Listen to this
amazing verse in Romans 10. “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” I love this verse!
Because of Jesus’ death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead, He has the capacity to take the sin and the shame of the world on Himself – your sin, my sin, my shame.
The word “save” in the Greek is “sózó” and it means to heal, to preserve, to deliver out of danger and into safety. This is why Jesus came.
Have you confessed with your mouth that He is Lord? Do you believe that God has raised Jesus from the dead? I encourage you today, my friend, take that step to say, “Yes, you are Lord of my life.”
