Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion.
What is true light?
1 John 2:8-10
Darkness conceals light. When darkness secretly interprets light, it turns light into darkness. If my eyes are bad, then I will not be completely bright, (full of light). If I know good and bad, then that would explain love personally. Love is the tree of life. I am asked to eat from only one tree and not from any other. You must love me. Otherwise, my light is not light, it is darkness.
The answer for life is that the true light now shines. “He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and hath no cause to stumble.” (1 John 2:10). If we can love our brother with that love that cannot fail, then without question, the knowledge and rationalization of sin and weakness can never dim our light. Because love has removed it. Now there is no reason to stumble.
Among brothers, there is one thing that checks all things, and that is by love, which is full of light. In Proverbs 30:19, “A bird moves in the wind.” How amazing is this. why The law of gravity still exists, but the eagle has the ability to fly despite this law. How true this is. We still have the law of sin and death. We still have a nature that tends to the power of darkness and godless emotions. However, the law of the Spirit of life has redeemed (liberated) us from the law of sin and death in Christ Jesus. Love transcends knowledge, peace transcends understanding, and Christ carries us beyond our limitations to limit God.
