Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion!
Root, Root, Fruit
John 15:4, Galatians 5:22
- I am grounded as the heavens are. I am as rooted as grace can raise me up. I am as full as God can fill a man. Love can say, bring it. I will take whatever comes, and by going to Calvary, I will show the resurrected God. Many people move away from books, and they never become living letters of the author.
We are not here to find happiness for ourselves, but to make others happy through ourselves to be renewed in the joy of God’s redemption. The Christian faith is to live our lives in daily routine to reveal love through faith through a cross. It gives machines God in action – just as our humanity makes the invisible God visible. In the living Christian faith, the roots are the Spirit, the fruit is love, and we are the elements that express this love. The most wonderful thing about love is that we are not placed below or above Christ, but we are placed in a cooperative relationship of love with Him. If we had to put away our sins, we would be placed below Him, but since He put away sins, where only love was concerned, we are placed with Him.
As men complete their various journeys, they fall into the same arms of love and rest in the arms of grace so that they may become the body of Jesus, which is the word in action. Based on the works of Christ, man is forever protected in the atoning blood of that loving nature that has accomplished all that is good for man.
