The Teaching Of Salvation.
Today we will continue The Teaching Of Salvation.
And today we will study the subject of sanctification and glorification, but first let us study the subject of sanctification.
First…. We know that in the survey of teachings “God is holy” we studied the attributes of God in part one… but briefl we will study it today too.
God is holy: God is separate in inspiration, in action, in wisdom, in knowledge, in qualities and from all that is contrary to divine evil, sin, worldliness, and His character. Sanctification is:
1. At the moment of faith a person is set apart by God and “set apart for God.”
From the world (John 17:14-16)
From the kingdom of darkness (Colossians 1:13) (1 Peter 2:9)
From the kingdom of the Gentiles (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)
And from all other things.
2. Set apart for God.
Example of grace (ἀκσκαίαβιτβ ἀ δαίαπ ἀχαίμ ταζάβ ἴδιβυχαθ.)
The believer is described as a “saint” (Romans 1:7 ÷ 1 Corinthians 1:2)
It is used 50 times for Israel and 62 times for the believer. 1 Corinthians 1:2 – Saints and “holy ones” are spoken of.
Haggai – Most holy and holy
Saints – Holy ones… We believers are holy ones.
We are called holy ones because of the work and grace accomplished because of Christ and this is the truth of the text.
Saints – Catholics call only some, but all believers are saints.
As mentioned earlier, we are separated from those things or separated from something… moved from one place to another.
That too for His use.
Set apart for His plan, purpose, calling…or for His use.
The example of “one book” given by Father Carl Silva is that the word saint is used more than 60 times ÷ more than 142 times for holy.
For sanctification – the word is used.
1 Corinthians 1:30) is said to be holy.
1 Thess 4:3 – Your holiness.
1 Thess 4:4,7 – Holiness, called to holiness.
2 Thess 2:13 – Sanctification of the Spirit.
1 Timothy 2:15 – Holiness
Hebrews 12:14 ÷ 1 Peter 1:2 etc.
There are three concepts of this sanctification.
1) Textual sanctification: Acts 20:32 ÷ 1 Corinthians 1:2 (sanctified)
Meaning – what was once sinful, worldly but now “at the moment of faith in Christ” we are made perfect and perfect by God. (Bhauubishl)
At the time of salvation, all believers are separated from the world and sin.
Every believer is set apart perfectly and once for all.
By grace and the work or finished work of Christ on the cross, they are set apart by God for Him.
In a literal sense and from God’s perspective:
believers are perfectly set apart in holiness, even though they may not have experienced it.
2) Progressive or experiential sanctification: John 17:17 and 19 Ephesians 5:26
Believers are progressively set apart or separated daily.
Separated from the world, from the practice of sin, and in their experience.
That too by grace for God’s use.
Daily, day by day.
By the indwelling of God’s Word in the heart.
By the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
By the believers’ positive choice to believe.
This refers to the progressive shaping into the image of Christ in experience through growth in grace in daily life.
3) Future or final sanctification (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
This occurs in the last days.
When we physically leave this world, we are separated from the full presence of sin.
And at the rapture, Christ comes to take His church. And from 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 we see that… (Although we will also study this in the teachings of the last days.
Those who have fallen asleep will be raised with the living… in a glorified body.
Will achieve their complete sanctification.
Where they are completely and completely set apart for God.
Will be completely free from the effects of sin and the world, even before the throne of God.
In Revelation 21:4 we are separated from the world with the body of sin.
3) Glorification – We heard from Fred and a Sibley a few weeks ago.
Romans 8:30 – A very important verse.
“He also glorified”
This is the eternal truth and unchanging state of a believer.
Daniel’s state in his or Christ’s image.
The moment of believing in verse.
While practically daily and completely practically after leaving the world (2 Corinthians 3:18, 1 John 3:2-3).
Now… another important word used for salvation.
New birth – Titus 3:5, John 3:5, 1 Peter 1:3
In John 3, Jesus Himself beautifully explains this teaching of the new birth to all of us along with Nicodemus.
Now what is the new birth?
5) It is a work of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of Christ’s life-changing transformation.
The moment of believing:
Faith for salvation – is simply and clearly accepting and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as a personal Savior.
Because of Jesus Christ,
Because of grace, mercy, and finished work (this is made clear in Titus 3:5).
A believer is born into God’s family or born from above. (John 3:6 says Jesus).
Has become a member of God’s family forever. (John 1:12)
He cannot be born again.
This is a supernatural act of God, which happens immediately and directly – by which He imparts eternal life – the life of Christ.
He gives those who believe in Christ a new nature – a new man, a new spirit).
That is why we now have a new nature and a new capacity for the things of God.
That is why we can now understand the things of God.
A new way of thinking, a new perspective, a new family.
It is also energy for a believer.
A new walk, a new habit.. We can grow day by day by grace.
That is why education, fellowship, and the gospel are so beautiful.
Now let us remember – the Bible is very clear that we are not saved by our good works, as we have studied in previous classes.
But what about the good works of believers?
There is a very beautiful relationship that is beautifully explained in James 2:14-26… which some even dispute.
That is why Paul explains it so well in Ephesians 2:8-10.
Good works do not save, but those who are saved do the works of God for the glory of God.
They bear fruit. (John 15:16 – this fruit is love. Titus 3:1, 3:8, 3:14
Jesus also gave the Great Commission. – Matthew 28:19-Mark 16:15)
The new commandment is to “love” one another. (John 13:33-34)
Now, God rewards us with.
1) Crowns
2) Praise my son or daughter
3) Weights of glory
which we will study in the “Last Days Class”.
Believers glorify God. Whatever we do for the glory of God… is good work.
Structure of Paul’s Letters,
Ephesians 1-3 — Teaching, Myotonic
Ephesians 4-6 — Practical Life and Spiritual Warfare Salt and Light
Romans 1-8 — Teaching Myotonic
Romans 9-11 — Israel’s Present, Past and Future
Romans 12-16 — Practical Life, Prayer, Mission, Practices
The glorification of Christ is a gift given by God.
All believers are waiting for a time.
When they will be completely conformed to the image of Christ and the glorification of the body will also occur.
When we are resurrected, we will be glorified.
We will be made like His glorious body. (Romans 8:21-23, 8:29-30)

The last class was very important and today’s class is also very important, today we will look at some important topics.
In today’s class, we will study the following topics.
1) To adopt a religious son.
2) Predestination.
3) If a child dies, does he go to heaven or hell? We will look at it briefly.
4) What about those who have never heard the gospel? We will look at it briefly.
5) What is eternal life and when will it be given?
6) Eternal security and eternal peace.
In the next few classes, we will study the teachings of the last days.
1) Adoption or adoption as sons.
First, read these passages… Romans 8:15, 23 (see also 9:4) Galatians 4:5 ÷ Ephesians 1:5
These passages use the Greek word – sonship – which
comes from the word sonship and means son.
The word “adopted” refers
to the position of being adopted as a son.
A person is adopted into God’s family as a son the moment he is born again. And that too with all the rights and opportunities he fully accepts as a son.
This is a new and eternal position that a believer receives from God at the time of the new birth, which is due to the work of Jesus Christ and this position remains forever.
Now Paul uses this traditional image related to Roman culture to use biblical truth. (Others: races, Roman victory parades – etc.)
The celebration of adoption is a celebration where the adopted son is given the same rights as his own son, which includes 4 important things.
a. The person who accepts it loses all rights with his old family, and receives all the rights, opportunities and positions that come with being a son in the new family, officially and legally. This is what happened at the time of our salvation.
b. He becomes an heir to his new father’s property.
c. Everything about the son’s old life is completely erased.
All sins are forgiven.
They are completely erased as never before.
This is also the reality at the time of our salvation.
d. He is now a son (of that new family) completely, literally, legally, in the eyes of the law.
2. Predestination – this is also an important point.
It is also translated “to predestinate”. (e.g. Romans 8:29)
The Greek word used for this is – echaiachasshaya and its simple meaning – to appoint or determine in advance.
For example (Acts 4:28, Romans 8:29,30, 1 Corinthians 2:7 (Ephesians 1:5,11)
Definition – God makes certain plans or purposes in advance and promises to fulfill them.
Only two things are said to be predestined in the Bible. (One is predestined)
First – The Lamb was predestined to be sacrificed before creation. (Revelation 13:8, 1 Peter 1:18-20)
Second – All believers (born again believers) are predestined to be conformed to the image of Christ. (Romans 8:29, 1 Peter 1:2)
In some cases, this issue is found to be questioned in connection with free will, the sovereignty of God. Which is a good thing to study – if you have a question, you can ask)?
Also, it is important to remember that no person is predestined to go to hell. It is because of that person’s choice.
I believe in Jesus and know that I have already been predestined to be conformed to the image of Christ.
If I do not believe…my choice…(this is a mystery) can be studied…
If a little child dies…does he go to heaven or hell?
The answer to this question is known to many of us and we must study it in this class.
1. Isaiah 7:16 – No child knows right from wrong at the beginning (Deuteronomy 1:13)
Because they do not know good and evil.
They are not responsible for sin until
they reach the age of “moral accountability.”
What is the age of moral accountability? The age or time to know good and evil
– we do not know for sure, but it is. It may also vary from person to person. According to the situation and level of consciousness.
Now if they die before they reach the age of moral accountability, their sin of disobedience is covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. They go to heaven – regardless of where they are – religion, country, community… (Leviticus 4:2-3)
According to the following verses, we have come to this conclusion.
1. Jesus himself said that the kingdom of heaven belongs to little children. (Matthew 18:10, Matthew 19:13) Matthew 19:13-14 can be read.
2. In 2 Samuel 12:15-23, David learned that his dead little child would go to heaven. (23 verses are key)
What about those who have never heard the gospel?
The Bible is very clear that no one can come to God except through Jesus Christ. (John 14:6) Forgiveness of sin and heaven are only possible through Jesus Christ.
2 Peter 3:9 – God does not want anyone to perish.
Jeremiah 33:3 – Seek me and you will find me. (Cornelius’ example Acts 10:34-35)
Romans 1:18 – There – The common light and the human race are oppressed (Romans 1:18)
The most important answer: God judges righteously.
He knows how to judge whom exactly.
He judges without question.
Acts 17:31 – He judges the world with righteousness.
Genesis 18:25 – Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
Answer – Yes.
God does justice in a way that no one can question…
He is perfectly righteous. We can therefore rely on Him in this matter too… and trust Him.
I think this is a good answer, but we can also discuss other relevant issues.
5) What is eternal life? When is it found? This is also important to understand.
John 3:16, eternal life 3:15
Eternal – God is eternal and gives eternal life to all who believe (in Jesus)… the life of Jesus Christ.
Eternal life does not even have a beginning.
If it has a beginning and an end, it must be something other than eternity.
Scriptures to read – John 10:28, John 17:2-3
References – John 6:54 Romans 5:21 ÷ 6:23 – Eternal life through Jesus Christ Hebrews 5 :
9 – Eternal salvation.
The Greek word for this is – “ἀδὲ Shayabha (life – Shiva) – God is life ÷ living. (Kyam (knowledge) meaning – fully uncreated life, which God Himself is eternal in eternity. – (John 5:26 ( khabhachath nyayam khabhachabha) 1 John 1:2) After the fall, man was alienated from this life. – Ephesians 4:18) But now by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ it can now be connected. – John 3:15,16÷ 10:10 ÷ Colossians 3:5÷ John 6:35) Vashyalashyak (ananta – bhtavachalab भ) – any undefined internal state (Romans 16:16) Should always be translated as eternal). Meaning – life without beginning and end life without any interval (time) (John 5:26÷ Revelation 1:18) Now when will this eternal life be achieved? Because of being in Christ, that life (assurance) is with the believer. (1 John 1:2) (1 John 5:11) Some say it is only after death? No…. The moment we believe, “we have eternal life” Read 1 Corinthians 15:19 1 Timothy 4:8 The moment we receive new life and now because it was predestined and always in God’s plan and thought….this life is with the believer forever. John 6:45 – He has eternal life (not saying will be) John 10:28 – I give (not saying will give) John 17:2-3 It is now. Now, eternal security and eternal security – the most important teaching First – let’s study “eternal assurance”. 1 John 5:13 – Let’s read… “That ye may know that ye have eternal life. 1) We must know that we have eternal life. Some do not know… Even believers do not know… Some It is very important to know that we have eternal life because we belong to Christ. “To be assured that I have eternal life” is eternal assurance… which is a little different from eternal security. We can sense, feel, or experience that we have eternal life. We must be certain that we have eternal life, we must constantly dominate this thought….good.
Eternal Security
Can a believer lose his salvation or eternal life?
The answer is no…yes…. Now tell me why, how, the verses and
How do you answer the question of eternal life or salvation?
Some believe that believers can lose their salvation. And they believe it rigidly.
But we believe that believers cannot lose their salvation as the Bible says, and we are serious about it. And the Bible clearly states this and it is consistent with the entire teaching of the Bible.
A believer cannot lose his salvation… The Teaching of Eternal Security
Biblical Basis
1. Job 19:25-26: “I will see… my Redeemer”
2. Ecclesiastes 3:14: What God does, He does forever.
John 3:18 ⁄ John 5:24 ⁄ John 7:37 ⁄ John 6:39–40 ⁄ John 10:27–28 ⁄ John 17:9–24 ⁄ Romans 4:5–6 ⁄ Romans 8:33 ⁄ Romans 8:35,37–39 ⁄ 1 Corinthians 12:13 ⁄ Romans 11:29 ⁄ 2 Corinthians 5:1–2 ⁄ 2 Corinthians 5:5–6,8. 2 Corinthians 5:17,21 ⁄ Ephesians 1:4-5 ⁄ Ephesians 1:13-14, 2:5-6 ⁄ Philippians 1:6, 4:3 ⁄ 1 Thessalonians 1:4-5 ⁄ 2 Timothy 1:12, 2:13, 4:18 ⁄ Hebrews 10:14 ⁄ Hebrews 12:2 ⁄ 1 Peter 1:5 ⁄ 1 John 3:9, 5:13 ⁄ Jude 1-2, 24-25 ⁄ Revelation 3:5
Some Scriptural Basis for Eternal Security
1. Salvation is of the Lord. (Jonah 2:9) If it is of the Lord, it is eternal.
2. God does not deny Himself….. 2 Timothy 2:15 Even if we are not faithful… If we lose salvation, the question of faith is raised.
3) Election was eternal. Ephesians 1:4, Revelation 13:8, 2 Timothy 1:9
– Eternal and unchangeable.
4) God’s unfailing foreknowledge. (Isaiah 46:10)
5) Jesus accomplished and provided the fullness of salvation.
John 19:30 – Nothing remains.
Hebrews 10:14 – Sanctified by the eternal sacrifice.
6) Salvation is a gift. (Romans 11:29 ÷ Romans 6:23 ÷ Ephesians 2:9)
Some thoughts
– Love: When I was an unbeliever, you loved me (John 3:16 but now I have believed and become sons (John 1:12),. Now you love me even more. (Romans 8:37-39)
The salvation given by God that never changes – Malachi 3:6)
If you lose salvation, God has changed, there is a contradiction in character.
There is no verse in the Bible that clearly states that salvation can be lost.
Some use the verse … as if it were possible
But if we examine the context, it is a different matter.
How can a person who has been born into the family of God not be born again and
God is true. Changing is a lie … God is not a joke.
But what happens if a believer sins? This (losing salvation) can happen when we do not understand this.
Not knowing the doctrine of rewards.
Perhaps we may not have been saved at all.
There are some verses that are used to talk about losing salvation. But none of them explicitly say that, while there are very clear verses about eternal security.
– But we can answer those verses too.
1) Passages that describe people who are not born again but appear to be believers.

Matthew 10:1, 5-8 (Judas Iscariot)
Matthew 24:13 (about the time of great trouble)
Luke 8:4-15
2 Thessalonians 2:3
1 Timothy 4:1-2 (faith is not a sin)

2 Peter 2:1-22
2) Verses that do not speak about losing salvation but about losing the reward.
1) Psalm 51:4, 9–12
2) Psalm 69:27–28
3) Matthew 10:33 (Peter denied, but was saved)
4) Matthew 12:31–32 (refused to believe)
5) 1 Corinthians 3:11–15
