Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion.
Soak up every moment
-
No one has ever had a single bad moment without first being influenced by that badness. No one has ever grumbled until they first gave place to a negative spirit. What I live in, I give. If I live on my own merits, I forsake the mercy that God has promised me (Jonah 2:23). Why should I be without opportunity when God has created me with opportunity and never down? Never give place to those moments, which lead to opportunism without the opportunity. Be abundant in the rights granted to you through redemption. Jesus never rested in who He was, even though He was perfect. He was never free to live in the opportunities of bad moments, whereas as God He had that potential. He lived in an opportunity of power through the Holy Spirit and the Word.
We believe in redemption. We will not live under the influence of our human heredity, current environmental stimuli, certain personality traits, or certain situational conditions. We are about to meet our beloved, who is coming out of the wilderness. Although by now we have become what we are or have received enough land to rest on, we must continually maintain the mind of a Levite. Our inheritance is not land, it is God. Jesus was never assured of His sinless life. But he followed the Father by faith.
Thank God for those moments of life, rather than the knowledge of self-deception, which gives us the unappointed moments of death.
