Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion!
Equality in Christ
Psalm 26:12
- God does not want you to live in a sense of unchangeable inequality, but rather in a sense of His love. Without love there is inequality. Jesus, who knew no sin, became sin and died for our sins, so that we can become the righteousness of God. God now places us in a wonderful place of equality.
God’s love is irrefutable regardless of the person’s appearance. When I did not have the strength to love God, God loved me first.
When we receive God’s love, we love ourselves, and enter into a state of equality. We now love God according to the qualities of love we have received and we love each other according to the way we see ourselves in love. Through the work of Christ we all enter into a common place of equality. How much faith is there is no longer a question; Now we have come to know that quality, which is important, no matter how small it is. Instead of focusing on my abilities to present, it is the person of Christ who redeems us from quantity and inequality to quality and equality.
Thank God today, that the power of love in Christ makes a way above and beyond inequality. By the likeness of love we are now changed forever, because of its quality. When we continue to “not be a forgetful hearer,” but act virtuously, we will discover the freedom of fellowship in the spirit of grace. His expression of love means that our lives are established in grace to experience love, not to compete with Adam.
