Jayamsih..! Welcome to today’s devotion!
One possibility of continuous
1 John 3:36
- Satan always lived by what was seen, and he did not need to be believed. When he fell, it was in a system that always worked, under the law of holiness. Because he was already righteous, he placed himself under the law without grace and was lost forever, because he could never live under that law.
We are under grace and do not need to keep working. Our heart, soul, mind and strength (our affections, will, intellect and body) are filled with love. We are redeemed by grace and placed with Christ, not under the law. Christ has done all that is necessary for us and has been accomplished forever. Now we have been lifted up by the arms of love, (Deuteronomy 33:27), in grace (Romans 5:2), and in mercy, (1 Peter 1:3). Grace places a man where he is with Christ in God, a love is given him that can handle any trial or measure of grace in his experience.
Love endures much, revealing that it has the all-consuming power to reveal all the needs of others. It is rooted in the eternal soul. We have a definite possibility of a constant fountain of love. The power to take everything unnaturally imposed by man comes with love and comes with patience. We have eternal causality of love. Instead of the question of where we will sleep tomorrow night, we need to pay more attention to the question of whether we are full of love or not. A time is not to be overwhelmed by my need to satisfy my desires, but to live fully without any desires outside of the plan is my vocation, which manifests the infinite.
