(This is a true story that happened to a young woman in Nepal named Sarika a few months ago. Sarika was a struggling young woman whose life was completely transformed by the gospel.)

👩 Sarika’s Life
Sarika was born as a young member of a family. But she was in the grip of struggle and sorrow in her life from a young age. She was exhausted due to her family’s disappointment due to her failure in school, the social pressure and influence that came with it. She felt like she had lost her purpose and hope in life. However, nothing came on loan and Sarika was still searching for a new direction for her life.

But one day, everything changed. Sarika went to meet a young woman named Sandesh, a friend of hers. Sandesh had been talking to her about Jesus for a long time. Sarika wanted to learn more about it.

👩 Sarika (confused) – “What do you think about Jesus? Is there really any power that can change the life of someone like me?”

👩 Message (with a smile) – “Jesus said, ‘If you are thirsty, I will give you water to drink.’ (John 4:13). His love and truth can change our lives. When we trust in Him, we find salvation and peace.”

👩 Sarika (paying attention to the message) – “But I have struggled a lot and am tired. Can the love and salvation of Jesus really help me?”

👩 Message (with humility and hope) – “You know that we are all sinners, and without God’s grace and love, we cannot find any kind of peace and purpose for ourselves. Jesus has given us that same love and grace. He is our Savior. When we trust in Him, our lives have a new beginning.”

Sarika, who was facing a lot of struggle and stress, began to show partial faith after hearing Jesus’ words. She wanted to explore this new opportunity further.

Sarika accepted Jesus as her Savior and Guide. She prayed, “Lord Jesus, I accept you into my life. Please forgive my sins and give me a new life.” At that moment, a profound change occurred in Sarika’s life. Her eyes turned from darkness to light and she began to feel peace in her heart.
