How can the Bible help you find happiness when you struggle with anxiety?
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.” (Philippians 4:4)
Stress, fear, and worry are part of our lives. The Bible says that for Christians, happiness is not a feeling that comes from circumstances, but a deep joy that is based on God . So how can we find true joy even in the midst of worry?
1. True happiness comes from God, not from the things of the world.
Many people seek happiness in money, success, or other things, but all of these are temporary.
“That my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.” (John 15:11)

- There is true joy in God’s presence (Psalm 16:11) .
